- When you buy: billing name, address, and payment details. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Automatically: pages viewed, course progress, email opens and clicks, device and browser type, IP address, and cookies or similar technologies used by our website platform and analytics tools.
How we use it
- Deliver the playbook, course, and community access you asked for
- Process payments, payment plans, and First-Deal Rebate requests
- Send course updates and marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email)
- Answer support requests
- Improve the Site and Content and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security obligations, including our course and website platform (Kajabi), our CRM provider, the VAs and mentors who deliver our Support Services, our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and analytics providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
